Bertoletti Meccanica srl started operating in 1974 and it quickly specialized in two main lines of business: Servicing of transfer machines and manufacturing swarf evacuators This activity was initially concentrated on the merging bath fittings manufacturing that prospered in the Brescia province (particularly in Lumezzane) as well as in the Novara province.
At present, our company achieves approx. 50% of its turnover on the export market and buys, sells, services, modifies and retrofits second hand machines suitable for high volume productions of all kind of metal parts (mild and alloy steel, cast iron, brass, bronze, aluminium). We normally stock a few dozens used transfer machines made by Gnutti, Gozio, Riello, etc.
Our mechanics can carry out small repairs and services directly at the customer’s plant and the heavier jobs in our premises such as full service on drilling, tapping, recessing units, indexing tables, chucks, etc.
Our electricians and programmers can easily handle old electro-mechanical control equipment as well as most recent PLC and NC controllers such as Siemens, G. Electric, Fanuc.
Our work shop (supported by our own internal design office) produces:
Mechanically, hydraulically and NC motor operated facing units.
Lead screw and split nut quick change devices (with or without fast travels) for tapping units.
Chucks and special hydraulically operated carriers. Conversions of hydraulic indexers to
electrically operated ones and pneumatically operated units into hydraulic (also NC), etc.
Our fabricating department produces (and services) scraping as well as hinged sections types swarf evacuators on customer’s specifications.
Different kinds of coolant filtering systems, such as self cleaning, filtering cartridges systems, pillar filters with counter wash and also magnetic drums.
